Meetings are saved automatically when you start a New Meeting or End & Archive. To remove one, tap the ✕ on that entry.
That was the last item on tonight's meeting list.
What would you like to do?
End & Archive will close beverage entry and save tonight's session to History.
This is a shared screen for running a club meeting or bottle share — here's the 30-second version:
1. Open the meeting. Running with other people connecting from their own phones? An organizer taps 🔒 Organizer (bottom corner) and turns on beverage entry. Running solo on one device? There's nothing to turn on — entry's simply always open.
2. Beverages get added. Anyone can add a beer under ✦ Add & Manage Your Beer — it waits in a pool until the organizer puts it on the pour order.
3. The meeting runs from ▶ Meeting Activities & Pours — that's what everyone follows along on, and what the projector Display Mode shows.
4. Rate as you go if voting's turned on, and check 🏆 Leaderboard or 💭 What'd I Miss? any time.
That's the whole flow. Full step-by-step help is always one tap away under ❔ Help.

Tap ✦ Add & Manage Your Beer, pick Homebrew or Commercial, fill in the name and a few details, and submit. You'll see it appear in Your beverages this session right below the form — that's your confirmation it went through.
New beverages start in a waiting pool. The organizer adds them to the pour order when it's their turn — that's normal, not an error. Your beer will say "Saved — waiting for the organizer" until then, and "On the pour order" once it's in. You can edit your entry any time, and remove it yourself only before it's added to the pour order — after that, ask the organizer.
If voting is turned on, tap 1–5 stars on whatever's currently pourable (or all beverages in Bottle Share mode). Tapping again changes your vote — there's no separate "undo." Votes are tied to your device, not your name.
If the organizer is scoring instead, you'll see the score they gave each beverage, but only they can set it.
Crowd Score balances the rating and how many people voted, so one early 5-star vote doesn't outrank a beer that's earned strong support from a full room. A beverage needs a few votes before its score shows — until then you'll see "needs N more votes."
Stepped away? Tap 💭 What'd I Miss? for a quick recap of what's pouring, what's next, and the current leaders.
Tap 🔒 Organizer in the bottom corner for setup, pour order, scoring, and meeting controls.

1. ⚙ Configure — club name, meeting type (Structured or Bottle Share), and scoring mode (Organizer Scores, Member Voting, or BJCP Judging).
2. Optional: set an organizer PIN if you want the lock to mean something beyond "tap to unlock."
3. Optional: if you've set this up before, apply a saved Template instead of redoing setup from scratch.
4. Running with other people connecting from their own phones? Open Configure → "Connect to Firebase to enable full shared member experience" and run Setup Doctor there to confirm it's actually connected before people start submitting. Running solo on one device, there's nothing here you need — skip it.
Structured steps through one beverage at a time — there's a single "Now Pouring" beverage, and voting/scoring applies just to that one. Bottle Share opens the whole list at once instead — everything's votable/scoreable simultaneously, with no single "current" beverage. Pick this in Configure under Meeting Type; it changes how Pour Order and the Display Mode screen behave, so it's worth choosing before people start submitting rather than switching mid-meeting.
1. Running with other people connecting from their own phones, tap 📋 Open Entries (admin strip, top right) — nobody can submit a beverage until entry is open, including you. Running solo on one device, there's nothing to tap — entry's simply always open.
2. As beverages come in, they land in a waiting pool, not automatically on the screen. Go to ⇅ Manage Beverages and tap + Add to put each one into the actual sequence — this is what controls what members and the Display Mode screen actually see.
3. Work through ▶ Meeting Activities & Pours — mark each beverage Poured as you go. In Structured mode this also drives the "Now Pouring" display.
4. If something needs pulling (DQ'd, ran out, whatever) — Strike it instead of deleting it, so it stays in the record.
⊕ End & Archive closes submissions and saves tonight to History — without clearing the screen. It also pops up automatically once everything's marked done.
↺ New Meeting clears the list for next time but keeps your club setup, branding, and PIN.
Need to start completely over (new club, stale test data)? See Maintenance in Configure — those tools are intentionally a bit harder to trigger by accident.
Run Setup Doctor first — it checks your Firebase connection, storage mode, and PIN setup in plain terms. The Online/Offline dot in the corner tells you whether you're syncing live or saving locally only.
This covers the basics. The full README that ships with this app covers every feature, hosting and Firebase setup, and troubleshooting in more depth.
Name (required), Brewer/Brewery, Style, ABV, IBU, SRM, Special, Container. Keep it simple — commas inside a single field (e.g. quoted text) aren't supported. Up to 300 rows per import. Imported beverages go into the available pool, same as a normal submission — you still add them to the pour order yourself.
